HILL CLIMBS IN ARIZONA
As you can see from the photograph of Bisbee below, Arizona has some very beautiful and treacherous two lane roads that were suitable for an exciting road race. Some of these roads seem to hang off the side of the mountain, and in the 1950s-70s, very few had guardrails. Most racers today lament the fact that soaring insurance rates prevent a return to the exciting street races of yesteryear. So, we will let your relieve your brush with fame, whether uphill in Clifton with your VW buggy, or on the streets of Phoenix with a Grand Prix car. Please send us your photographs, whether of you and your cars, or your memorabilia collection. We will be happy to post them, and give you a credit.
